[Free] Ode to Singapore 新加坡音画

As our nation celebrates its 60th birthday, the Singapore Chinese Orchestra proudly honours the spirit of what makes us uniquely Singaporean.

Immerse yourself in the captivating melodies of Singapura Overture, composed by Zhang Xiaofeng, and A Glimpse of Singapore, by renowned composer Gu Guanren. This free concert also brings you xinyao favourites, the Liang Wern Fook Medley, alongside familiar local tunes in the Singapore Folk Songs Medley.

Proudly presented by the Singapore Chinese Orchestra and the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, one of the concert’s standout highlights will be the special showcase of artworks by 60 young children, offering a glimpse into their imaginative visions of Singapore.

This is more than just a concert—come celebrate 60 years of nation-building and the joyful united spirit that defines our Singapore!

为庆祝新加坡建国60周年，新加坡华乐团倾情呈献一场音乐盛会，庆祝铸就新加坡独特魅力与文化的点滴瞬间。

由新加坡华乐团与新加坡华族文化中心诚意呈献，这场免费音乐会将奏响张晓峰作曲的《狮城序曲》和顾冠仁作曲的《星岛掠影》 。

这两首乐曲如同一幅幅生动的画卷，娓娓道来新加坡的辉煌过去与充满希望的未来。陪伴一代人成长的《梁文福精选组曲》，以及改编自家喻户晓童谣的《新加坡儿歌风情画》也将带领观众回到纯真的年代。 此次音乐会将以一项独特的视觉艺术展示为高潮——60名小小艺术家们将把他们眼中奇思妙想的新加坡绘成画作，随着音乐一同呈献。
