Join us for a deeply nourishing Sound Bath in a Hammock where sound and motion come together in perfect harmony. As you’re gently cradled in a soft cocoon above the ground the soothing frequencies of crystal bowls koshi chimes and harmonic overtones wash over your body and mind.

Each note is intentionally tuned to the energy centers of your body—designed to balance your chakras calm your nervous system and align your inner rhythm with the natural flow of life.

Things to note:

• Dress code - comfortable attire (no sharp or pointed accessories/design which may damage hammock)
• Remove watch and jewelry for better experience
• Eye mask cushion and blanket will be provided. You may also wish to bring your own for hygiene or personal preference.
• You may wish to bring an extra jacket/shawl for extra comfort.
• Switch your mobile to silent mode.
• Arrive 10 mins before class starts.
• Please do not attend the session if you are having a headache fever cough or flu symptoms.
