Kikubijin from Fukuoka! Looks beautiful, tastes beautiful. A dry, rich but elegant sake from the birthplace of Tonkotsu ramen.

A renewed sake brewery, the kuramoto is a man of a lot of responsibilities, being the president of the Fukuoka sake association.

Their toji is a smart man, a Todai scholar who decided he preferred to brew sake instead of the city corporate life.
