EAE Interview Skills Workshop - 31 May 2025

Program Objective

This workshop is designed for students who intend to apply for the Early Admission Exercise (EAE) for admission into Polytechnic/ITE. The program prepares the participant on what to expect during the EAE Interview, how to utilize their portfolio to their advantage, how to demonstrate their interest and aptitude and how to ace the interview. 

This workshop will be run by Discovering Potential's founder, Hwang Siew Ling, who has extensive experience training students in the areas of Interview and Communication Skills. She has also conducted and designed various workshops with many schools in Singapore. Siew Ling is an Interview and Career Coach, and she is a Certified Advanced Behavioural & Career Consultant, as well as a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. • Discover common questions used in past EAE Interviews
• Understand the point of view of the interviewers
• Learn how to prepare well for the interview and what research needs to be done
• Be mindful of appropriate interview etiquette
• Attain in depth knowledge of how to transform a standard answer to a good response
• Learn how to demonstrate your interest and aptitude
• Be proficient in using your portfolio to enhance your interview
• Learn by practical application and practice
• Discover important strategies and answering techniques to be confident with any type of questions
• Put your skills to the test with a mock interview and learn from constructive critique from the trainer and the group participants
• Receive feedback on a full range of rubrics such as body language, habits, reactions, responses, use and command of language, structuring of answers and ability to build rapport

Venue: In Person at 190 Clemenceau Avenue, Singapore Shopping Center, 6th Floor (close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT)

$280 per participant
