Terms and Conditions
By signing up for the event, you have read and agreed on the terms and conditions listed.


Confirmation & Paymenti. A confirmation email by Mount Alvernia Hospital will be sent to the participants to confirm the booking and also to provide the event details. Please contact us if you do not receive the email once weeks prior to the event.ii. 100% of the fees will be charged if there is a booking cancellation, or no-show on the day of the event.iii. Mount Alvernia Hospital reserves the right to amend the programme without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.


Wet Weatheri. Mount Alvernia Hospital and/or event third party vendor will check the weather forecast and lightning risk at least one hour prior to the conduct of outdoor sessions. Programmes can continue if weather conditions permit e.g. overcast sky or light drizzle with no lightning. In the event of bad weather on the actual day, the event will be postponed (or cancelled at the discretion of Mount Alvernia Hospital) to ensure the safety of all participants.


Safetyi. A safety briefing will be conducted prior to or at the start of the session, with an issuance of indemnityforms for all participants to complete. Programme instructors will carry a first-aid kit for all outdoorsessions. Participants are advised to bring along your own Medic*tion and insect repellent.ii. Parents and/or accompanying adults are responsible for the supervision and discipline of your childrenthroughout the event. Programme instructors have the right to intervene in the management of participants should they get into an unsafe situation, if their behaviour disrupts the programme orcompromises on the safety of others.


Disclaimeri. All programmes, fieldtrips and activities will be conducted with safety as the top priority. There may be physical risks, inherent dangers and unpredictable elements that may arise from participation in the outdoors. Mount Alvernia Hospital shall not be liable to any participant for any loss or damage (including, without limitation) to property, theft, or personal injury sustained during participation in the programme, or for any form of compensation whatsoever.
