The tournament format will be ALL women. There will be a total of 8 rounds of two, 12-minute timed games per round. Teams are randomly drawn by playing cards and grouped by suit: Hearts, Diamonds, Spades, Clubs. Each game the total amount of points scored will accrue for each player, individually. At the end of rounds, Highest scored players will be crowned our Queen and Princess! Prizes will be awarded to our winners.
Check-in begins at 6:15 PM with play to begin promptly by: 6:30 PM EST. We expect to be complete play by 10:30 pm EST. Level of play is high-rec and above. Kindly, no beginners for safety purposes. The CCVC reserves the right to deny entry based on skill level and/or historical cancellations.

This will show up as a donation instead of a payment due to our 501(c)3 status. There is a fake account that is mimic-ing the CCVC. Several people have had issues with Venmo processing lately. Tech support noted that you must have the most up to date version of Venmo to ensure this payment processes and it will show as a DONATION not a payment.
With some people coming from more than an hour away to play, we want to ensure we have the correct number of women as it will be hard for subs to make it to Sinclairville for no-shows or last minute cancellations. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as your plans have changed, but no later than 6:15PM Thursday, September 11. Refunds will be issued up until 24 hours before the tournament.
The CCVC is not liable for the actions of players or spectators. All spectators must remain in the gym at all time. Any damage caused to the property will be the responsibility of the player/spectator. If this is your first time playing at this location, you will be asked to sign a waiver.
