Join us for May’s in-person group Kundalini Activation (KA) as we cross the threshold from earth to ether — preparing to shift from Taurus’ grounded depth into Gemini’s airy expansion.

In this session, a11aire offers an opportunity to begin breaking free from limitations through a gentle yet powerful energy transmission by releasing stagnant energy that no longer serves you, creating space for self-discovery and heightened consciousness.

To Prepare for Your KA Session

Come with an open mind and a willingness to surrender. Think of it as if Sound Bath and Reiki had a baby—blending vibrational sound healing with powerful energy work. We’ll use a curated music playlist to assist in activating your Life Force Energy, supporting the overall process. This session connects you to the Divine Feminine—intuition, creativity, and receptivity within us all. Embracing this energy helps release limitations and supports remembering your soul's divine essence.

What to Bring

• Light or empty stomach for optimal energy flow
• Yoga mat or blanket to lay on the floor
• Pillows if you need the support
• Comfortable clothing
• Optional: Pen & paper for notes, eye mask for a deeper experience
