You’ll explore unique drawing techniques, experiment with various styles, and enjoy the freedom to express your artistic side in a relaxed, fun environment.
• Off-grid sauna experience: Enter the world of off grid saunas with decoctions of natural aromas to soothe your soul. Exposure to heat will relax your muscles and relieve tension whilst improving blood flow. The perspiration induced by the sauna helps release toxins from the body & can also strengthen the immune system.
• Cold plunge: As a partner to the sauna cold plunging reduces inflammation and decreases muscle fatigue & numerous health benefits. In general cold plunge provides a feeling of revitalisation & mental clarity.
As dusk falls, the retreat space becomes enchanted. Soft ambient lighting and gentle music create a calming atmosphere. Stargazing, night saunas and group sharing sessions invite connection and inner reflection.
