Women's Sparring Session (All Styles Welcome)

This is a light contact sparring session open to WOMEN ONLY. All styles of martial arts and experience levels are welcome.

RSVP is required. For sparring participants only. No walk-ins, no spectators, no guests, and no video recording are allowed.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Required Protective Gear: Shin guards, a mouthpiece, and traditional or hybrid (open-finger) boxing gloves. NO "MMA" gloves.

No shoes on mats, grappling/wrestling socks or barefoot only.

This session will be stand-up/striking only (no groundfighting), light contact only. Be sure to clearly communicate with your partners before and during sparring rounds.

Please do not enter more than 20 minutes before the start time as there will be another event happening before this session.

This is not an instructional event, so you should only come if you have already had some formal martial arts training.
