Fall Equinox Workshop

As summer warmth fades and we settle into the crispness of fall, nature invites us to celebrate the end of the harvest and begin shedding what no longer serves.

Like the equal hours of daylight and darkness at the equinox, we can move and rest with equanimity.

Join Jen Brennan and Ginette Redmond for a slow, soothing flow balanced with comforting restorative poses to welcome autumn.

In-studio reservations will be capped at 22 people. Early registration is encouraged! You can also join class via livestream from your own home.
