Many experience a sense of lost identity or struggle to fill their days with purpose, even feeling underutilized despite years of valuable experience.

This 3-hour workshop is designed to assist you in developing a personalized plan for a vibrant post-retirement life, grounded in your core values, unique strengths, and rich life experiences. Our objective is to empower you to create a retirement that brings lasting happiness and a renewed sense of purpose.

By the end of this session, you'll have:

• Profound Self-Awareness: Gain profound self-awareness, identifying your core values and the activities that ignite your passion, enabling you to spend your time with intention and fulfillment.
• Clarity on Your Value: Uncover the unique value you bring beyond your career, exploring opportunities for contribution through volunteering, new projects, or deepening relationships, reigniting your sense of significance.
• A Vision and Action Plan: Leave with a clear, inspiring vision for your purposeful retirement and concrete, manageable first steps to transform that vision into reality.

Prior to attending this session, participants will complete a strengths and values assessment and receive a personalized report. Understanding your unique Strengthsfinder profile will provide a powerful foundation for identifying activities and roles that align with your natural talents and bring you genuine satisfaction in retirement. Please note: This workshop includes the cost of the StrengthsFinder assessment. You will receive a link to the assessment after registration. It's important that you bring your report to the event.
