BBF Presents Habeshas for Mental Health Walk
May is Mental Health Awareness Month! In honor of the annual observance, we're planning our Habeshas for Mental Health Walk.
Meet us at Jesup Blair Park for a day of walking and raising awareness for mental health within the Habesha diaspora community. This event aims to promote mental well-being and unity among those experiencing mental health disorders, as well as their loved ones.
Let's walk together, support each other, build our community and break the stigma surrounding mental health.
Bring your friends, family, and positive energy to make a difference.
REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 10AM. OUR 2 MILE WALK TO DOWNTOWN SILVER SPRING AND BACK STARTS AT 10:30AM.
