Life doesn’t always go the way we expect. Plans change uncertainty arises and challenges appear without warning. When we base our happiness on things going “right” it can feel like we’re constantly chasing something just out of reach.
Buddha taught that lasting happiness doesn’t depend on external circumstances but on cultivating a stable peaceful mind. When our mind is calm and content we can respond to life’s ups and downs with wisdom resilience and even joy.
On this course learn how to develop a joyful mind that doesn’t rely on perfect conditions. Through meditation and practical wisdom discover how to stay grounded open-hearted and happy whatever happens.
