Yoga in the Vines

Start your weekend with a breath of fresh air and the beauty of the vines at Hidden Vineyard.
Join us for a gentle Hatha flow session designed for every body — all experience levels, all activity levels, all welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, this session will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and connected.

We’ll move slowly and intentionally, with a strong focus on breathwork and meditation, helping you find deeper stillness and presence among the vines.

We’ll begin before the vineyard opens to the public, so you can move freely and fully without any outside distractions — just you, the vines, and the morning sun.
All you need is your yoga mat.
