The Garden Sutra

Hey friends,

I’m opening up my garden for a special 2,5 hour journey of movement, meditation, and deep presence. I will set up a big tent, for a cosy and soft evening, glamping style.

This isn’t a workshop or a class, it is just a shared space to drop into our bodies, breathe, and explore the quiet (and not-so-quiet) wisdom inside.

We’ll move, dance, sit in stillness, and play with some simple and effective tantric exercises. Nothing dogmatic, just curiosity and sensation. No experience needed, only a willingness to be present with what is.

Afterward, we’ll sip fresh herbal tea and let it all settle. Bring comfy clothes, a water bottle, and whatever helps you feel grounded.


We meet the 1st of June at 18, in my garden, Rodelundvej 37 in Ry, the spot is limited to 10 people so let me know you are in...!
