👉 Day 1: Wired 4 Connection and Body Awareness for Riders
Polyvagal approach to horse training, focusing on self-regulation and building a true connection with your horse. This day is for YOU, without horses.

👉 Day 2: True Connection Groundwork
Engage in foundation groundwork emphasizing conscious breathing and meaningful body language to establish a relaxed and connected horse. Become the human your horse WANTS to be with.

👉 Day 3: Lateral Movements Simplified
Advance your skills with lateral movements to enhance your horse’s strength, balance, and collection from the ground. Most people have learned how to ride, not many people know how to educate a horse from the ground to carry a rider in a healthy and balanced way.
