July Meeting - Honey Bees and One Health: Protecting Pollinators & the Planet

Long Beach Beekeepers weclomes Christina Bautista, a third year veterinary student Western University of Health Sciences and a member of the Center for Integrative Bee Research (CIBER) team at UC Riverside, as our guest speaker at our July meeting. Ms. Bautista will discuss Honey Bees and One Health: Protecting Pollinators and the Planet, providing a vet's perspective on on honey bees

Our Honey of the Month comes courtesy of founding club member Dick Barnes.

Long Beach Beekeepers meet on the first Sunday of the month and welcome everyone from the experienced to the novice beekeeper to those just curious about beekeeping. The in-person meeting is open to the general public. Members who opt to attend online will be emailed the meeting link and passcode.
