Special Workshop: Inversions 101

Join MYCC for our Special 101 Workshop Series: Inversions 101

During this workshop you will learn about the practice of inversion postural practice from the ground up. Learn how to mindfully and skillfully move and balance your body to perform postures used to build strength, invite confidence, and test balance in an unfamiliar perspective.

No experience is necessary to participate in this workshop. Beginners are welcome. As long as you have a body you can benefit from participating.
