Edge Play- A Power Yoga Workshop

Bring yourself to your edge then learn to get comfortable there. The body is so much more capable than the mind would allow us to believe. In this hour and a half workshop you’ll be offered space to see to believe you are powerful beyond measure. All levels welcome- come as you are ready to sweat, shine and settle in. $25/ person.
