My Mission Statement: I help high-achieving women who are spiritually aware, break out of old truma cycles, by guiding them through Divine Feminine teachings of introspection and ways of detachment, so therefore they can have greater clarity and ease creating a fulfilling life.

Join me for a talk about mental health in a way that isn't talked about often enough.

I watch people try many things that can help to an extent, but I haven't seen anyone try something that helps them completely. So, I am trying to build a business that brings together pieces from a few different mental healing methods, in order to give people more in one place.

In this workshop you will be learning ways of being that is in alignment with your life, so you can be the person you would more like to be. I am a practitioner for Sound Healing, Reiki and Rose Healing that are all services I use in my sessions for clients who are managing their own mental and emotional traumas. I have seen the benefits of these alternate modalities because I use them in a way that supports that kind of healing.`

Being someone who has gone through her own mental health challenges and healed them, I am qualified to help anyone who is struggling with the same stuff as I had which was quite a range.

Within this talk there will also be a 15 minute Sound Bath demonstration and a moment where we will go into a practice that helps you identify the main block in your energy that needs healing, which will help you move forward with wherever you are in your process.
