This specialty experience invites you to soften fully as you’re guided into supported restorative poses designed to calm the nervous system and gently release physical and emotional tension. While you rest, Reiki energy is shared to support energetic balance and the body’s natural healing process.
Layered throughout the evening, live sound healing — including singing bowls, chimes, gong, and harp — bathes the space in soothing vibrations, creating a deeply immersive and nurturing closing ritual.
