Silver Sneakers

Osceola Regional Health Center is hosting Silver Sneakers exercise classes on each week. This class is free for both Wellness & Rehab members and those attending for their first class. Otherwise, the class is $3.

Silver Sneakers exercise classes will help you improve your muscle strength, range of motion and activities of daily living. It involves low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work and hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball.
