Power Hour is a circuit-style training that focuses on strength, endurance, power and conditioning in a fun, upbeat atmosphere. The functional training this class offers is designed with accelerating levels, inclusive to all fitness levels. Our goal is to help you do normal life things easier, stronger and better!
