About the event

2025 KCAS Annual Fall Picnic

Save the date for our 2025 KCAS Annual Picnic. We selected Sunday, September 21st as the date for our picnic.

It is 2025: KCAS will be celebrating our 75th year!

We are grateful for another year where we can host this event at the Fort Osage National Historic Landmark Visitor's Center.

For the picnic: KCAS provides chicken entrees and we encourage you to bring a shareable side and your favorite drinks to this potluck. We generally start lunch at 1:00pm.

After lunch, we are excited to be honoring a long-time member with the J. Mett Shippee Award for Outstanding Service.

Afterwards, take a tour of the museum downstairs and a walk around the reconstructed Fort!
