🌿 Class Description
Tiny Signals, Big Shifts: Mind-Body Regulation in Practice
*This class is through Integrate Trauma Informed Network. We rent out Om Old Orachard on a monthly basis as the venue. You cannot book this class in the Om Old Orchard's app*
This class is for anyone who wants to learn somatic coping skills to regulate, center, and feel more supported—whether you’re in a yoga class, Pilates session, or any movement practice.
We’ll focus on nervous system techniques that help you self-soothe and stay grounded, even when the pace or intensity of a class feels overwhelming. Through simple breath cues, grounding gestures, and mindful pauses, you’ll practice how to bring your body back into balance so you can participate with more ease and confidence.
✨ Takeaway: You’ll leave with a toolkit of gentle, repeatable skills to help you calm stress, reconnect with your center, and show up fully in any movement space.
Integrate Trauma-Informed Network offers an app designed to help you learn somatic regulation skills that support you in feeling grounded and safe in your body—wherever you are in the world.
