At the table: Chef Patrick Mahoney of @homeplatechef crafting a vibrant 100% vegan menu FULL of flavor and story. After 21 years serving in the Air Force and hosting dignitaries, Patrick now brings his culinary passion to St. Louis - each plate an adventure… each garnish a detail with purpose!
