Set your intentions with the fresh energy of the New Moon. We’ll begin with a special experience: Yvonne Lambert of Loving Heart Breathwork will offer a short introduction to her upcoming Breathwork Group and Individual Practices, followed by a brief guided breathing practice to ground and open your heart.
Once the breath settles the body and mind, we’ll flow into a nurturing Sound Bath Meditation—crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing frequencies designed to support deep relaxation, clarity, and renewal.
