Join us for an all-level yoga flow led by Erica O'Neill surrounded by the cutest, cuddliest puppies you've ever seen brought to us by NELR (New England Lab Rescue). 50% of the proceeds from this class will go to NELR.

This class is all about relaxing your body, calming your mind, and sharing your mat with a few furry friends. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, come ready to move, breathe, and smile your way through this playful experience.

2 Class Times Available at The Fitness Asylum, 65 Shrewsbury Street, Boylston, MA:

5/18 12:00pm - 1:15pm

60-minute yoga class accompanied by our furry guests, followed by an additional 15 minutes after class for some extra puppy time.

*Please bring your own mat and water
*Kids 12+ are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult
*Liability Waiver required (we will send to you prior to class)
