FIT FRIDAY

NOTE: Hey everyone! Just wanted to emphasize that this ride is a lot faster than our social rides. Last week we dropped a couple riders after we left Columbia and I’m hoping we didn’t offend. The pace of this ride is just a lot quicker than our normal social rides and geared up quick. We will try to communicate more clearly destination and meetup points so no one gets lost. We love our Bike Shreveport riders and want to encourage everyone to get a good workout!

**We will ROLL OUT from Columbia Park at 7PM**
Again, this will be a faster paced, more workout focused ride.
Please get that bike tuned, stay hydrated, bring your helmet and lights. We’ll see you there!
