Welcome to BizWorld Academy, an exciting camp designed for 9-13 year-olds who are ready to step into the world of business, finance, and leadership! This hands-on experience will challenge students to think critically, manage money, explore career paths, and even run their own businesses in a simulated economy. Campers will become young professionals as they take on leadership roles, make financial decisions, and solve real-world business challenges. Through engaging activities and interactive simulations, they’ll gain practical knowledge about economics, entrepreneurship, and civic responsibility.
JA BizTown will introduce students to financial literacy and career readiness through an immersive experience where they manage personal finances, run businesses, and navigate the economy.
JA BizTown Adventures will allow campers to explore business roles like CEO, CFO, and marketing director or tackle community issues from different perspectives—private citizens, government officials, and business owners.
This action-packed camp will empower students with teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while giving them a glimpse into future careers. Whether they dream of being an entrepreneur, a financial expert, or a community leader, BizWorld Academy will help them build the foundation for success in an exciting and interactive way!
This year's summer camp drop-off and pick-up location will be in the Technology Building, at the entrance of the LSUS Collaborative.
Register by 7/15/25 to get the early bird price of $159.00. After that date the cost will be $179.00.
