In this reflective artist talk, multidisciplinary artist Maudie Bryant explores the emotional terrain of creative block, lack of time, and the slow, sacred work of breaking through.

Drawing from her practice in both visual art and writing, Maudie shares how art-making became a tool for navigating anxiety, grief, and growth.
