Ocean City Power Squadron Poker Run August 17, 2025 Our Poker Run is open to all members and their guests. The poker run part of the event will end at Pintail Park followed by a Lunch and Trivia Match. Members and guests can participate in the poker run with or without a boat.

Poker Run:
Poker Run will start at 11:00A and all boats must return to Pintail Park by 12:30P
The poker game is 5 card stud with no wild cards. The cost is $10 per hand.
Sealed envelopes with one card per envelope will be provided at each dock location by an OCPS member.
The final envelope will be provided at Pintail Park
Boaters may go to any of the other 4 dock locations in any order.
The $10 cost per hand will be paid at Pintail Park.
All envelopes must remain sealed until they are opened by an OCPS person at Pintail Park
We plan to have 3 winners from the proceeds of the $10 hands.
Members and guests can buy as many poker hands as they want for $10 a hand.
Recommend boaters bring a long-handled fish or crab net to capture the envelopes from the docks.
For members and guests without boats, all 5 envelopes can be obtained at Pintail Park.
The boat map is attached. Each of the five dock locations are numbered and colored red on the map:
1) 35 Westfield Circle Dock
2) Yacht Club Dock
3) Pintail Park Dock
4) 45 Boatswain Drive Dock
5) Swim and Racket Club
Lunch:
The lunch will start about 1P at Pintail Park.
There is no charge for lunch. The lunch is provided by the OCPS.
Lunch Menu: Roast Beef, Ham and Turkey Sandwiches, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Chips.
Members and guests should bring their own soft and adult beverages
Members and guests should bring an appetizer or dessert to share.
Trivia Match:
The trivia match will start after lunch at Pintail Park.
Trivia teams will be chosen randomly.
Prize money will be awarded to the winning teams.
There is no charge to play trivia. Prize money provided by OCPS.
Things to Do:
We would like to get (1) a count on number of boats participating (2) head count on the number of poker hands and (3) if you plan to stay for the lunch and Trivia
Remember that multiple poker hands can be purchased but no purchase is required, the Lunch and Trivia are optional
