There’s something about that hour—quiet, easy, like the world hit pause just for a minute. People start to show up. The usual crew. Some still chasing their prime, others just chasing a good excuse to run around. All of us showing up for something that feels like joy in motion.

Yeah, you’ve got plans later—reservations, errands, hobbies that require plugs or reservations. All good. But this? This is sunshine and sneakers and time you won’t get back in the best way possible.

There aren’t endless days like this. Maybe a few. So come out. Run like your knees don’t have opinions. Say something dumb. Forget the score. Be here.

Then walk into your afternoon with that quiet smile—like you stole a slice of something sweet, and no one noticed.

Bring a friend. Especially the one who says, “I’m too out of shape.” That’s who we want.
