After a thrilling UK summer tour, including joyous shows at Wickham Festival, Truck Festival and Maverick Festival, Annie will be bringing her sublime alt-country Americana back to the UK with her blistering four-piece band.
BBC’s Bob Harris frequently champions Annie’s music on his BBC Radio 2 Country show, on which Annie has made several guest appearances.
Bob, who described Keating’s songs as:“Wonderful, heartfelt and real” has booked Annie for two of his prestigious ‘Under the Apple Tress Sessions’ and even held a private house concert while she was here last year!
With the release of her breakthrough album, “Belmont” in 2008, Keating has been growing in stature and reputation, having released 11 critically acclaimed studio albums drawing formidable comparisons to artists including Lucinda Williams, Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Bonnie Raitt and John Prine along the way.

Performing as The Annie Keating Band, the line-up with rising star Joe Coombs on electric/acoustic/slide guitars (Yola, Jaime Wyatt, Kaura Evans, Robert Vincent, Sam Morrow and Lynne Hanson), Scott Warman on double/electric bass (Demi Marriner, Alice Wallace), plus Jamie Dawson on drums (The Dreaming Spires, Steady Habits, Speedbuggy USA).
