Circling Home
Come join me for an in-person Woman’s Circle. Circling Home is a monthly in-person gathering, providing a safe and confidential space to share, listen, and connect with others. I have a studio space in Shoreham-by-Sea along the river Adur where I can accommodate seven participants.

What is circle
The format of Circle is simple. It is a space where women come together and share, without any judgement what is in their heart and on their mind. There is no hierarchy, nothing you can get ‘wrong’ and no-one will comment on what you say. And yet circle is more than this. Being seen and witnessed, without having to offer anything more than your presence, for yourself and others, can be an inspiring and humbling experience.

What to expect
You are welcomed with herbal tea. Circle will start promptly at 10.30. There will be a circle introduction, followed by some guidelines to ensure the circle is kept safe.Then there is a grounding and meditation, after which you are invited to share as much or as little as feels comfortable for you or you may choose silence.We will then close the circle with some reflections.

Who should attend
Circling Home is an 18+ event and welcomes all self-identifying women who are looking for a meaningful way to connect with others. No previous experience of circle is necessary. I just invite you to bring an open heart.

When we gather in circle, sharing our unique voice and seeing ourselves reflected in the experiences of others, we understand a little bit more of what it is to be human. Circle can be liberating, inspirational and can create a profound sense of connection and belonging.
