A slow shift out of winter.
Time to listen again.
A weekly practice to support the body as spring begins to stir.
Join experienced facilitator Jen Nevin for this Spring Series, which crosses the Spring Equinox, a moment of balance, when light and dark meet and the energy of the season begins to turn..
This is not a fast-paced, fitness-style yoga class. It’s a weekly invitation to slow down, breathe, and listen to the quieter parts of yourself.
Each class is an hour dedicated to rest and gentle movement and weaves practices Jen uses in her own life - Yin and Restorative Yoga, breathwork, sound, reiki, simple ritual and moments of silence.
Supporting nervous system regulation, noticing tension, and helping you move with more ease, both in your body and in your life.
Whether you drop in when you can or journey through the full series, this is a space held for you to soften, resource, and rest.
Held in the quiet and sacred setting of St James’ Church in Baildon, these sessions offer a steady weekly anchor- somewhere to land, reflect, and work gently with the season rather than against it.
Sessions may also include Reiki energy, crystal singing bowls, oracle cards, or rhythmic drumming rooted in earth-based practices.
🌀 What to Expect:
– Gentle yoga + intuitive, grounding movement
– Breathwork + subtle energy awareness
– Restorative shapes + somatic rest
– Seasonal reflection, ritual, and earth-based tools
We move together, but you’re always encouraged to follow your own rhythm.
These sessions are rooted in the deeper philosophy of yoga, honouring its ancient foundations as a path of compassion and presence. More than shapes on a mat, you’re always encouraged to move in a way that feels right for you and listen inward.
