🎶 Cathartic Sound Bath: Release, Rebalance, Restore

Join us for a powerful meditative journey through sound—designed to help you release emotional tension, process stuck energy, and return to a state of calm and clarity.

🪘 We’ll begin with gentle rhythm and guided participation using simple instruments, gradually building into energizing drumming and chanting to shake loose what no longer serves you.
💆‍♀️ Then, we’ll slow down into a deeply restorative traditional sound bath with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and more.

💫 Expect emotional release, deep relaxation, and a renewed sense of balance.

Don't worry about “doing it right”—we’ll all be wearing eye masks or have eyes closed to fully absorb the healing power of sound in a safe, supportive space.
