Shiojiri to Kyoto 48 hours

Ride the nakasendo from Shiojiri to Kyoto along the Kiso river. Kiso River deliverance ride.
This should be fun. All gravel /non ordinary roads will be worth time deductions. I have some special 'finisher' T-shirts commemorating the toughest section. Finally a <certain> segment known as "The Deliverance" will be included for the first (and maybe last time).

Sorry - NO GPX/Route Provided until 30min before start.

No Support - you fix it urself or retire. Broom Wagon may be provided depending resources willing, bear in mind at least 30% of this route cannot be accessed by cars /vans, so it could mean quite a bit of hiking if you can't get your bike fixed.

A few extra extra time deductions for some segments to be announced -- similar to Barkley Marathons

If you have ever done a TSD /Performance Enduro / Rally, then this will feel quite familiar.

P.S. There have been bear sightings, lots of deer, wild boar and monkeys, kamoshika and at least 100 bird species along the route.</certain>
