Let's Hop at Waseda New Orleans Jazz Festival

A jazz festival where you can enjoy Lindy Hop will be held in Tokyo. On this day, a New Orleans jazz festival will take place on the Waseda University campus. The current student band from the Waseda University New Orleans Jazz Club will perform, but starting around 3 PM, a renowned Japanese jazz band, composed of professional musicians who graduated from the same university, will take the stage. We plan to go dancing from around 3 PM. Reservations are required. TSDS is coordinating dancer reservations, so please sign up via the URL below. The fee is 6,000 yen per person, payable in cash on the day with a reservation. Credit cards are not accepted. One of the professional bands performing is Natsuko Furukawa and Her Soul Food Cafe, a top-tier New Orleans jazz band in Japan. They’re incredibly danceable!
