〓ガイド：中島直人：二十代前半から野口三千三氏（１９９８年没）に、後に一番弟子池田潤子氏（２０１６年没）に師事。音楽家、楽器製作者、ワークショップ・ファシリテーター、瞑想ガイド。
〜Guided by N. Naoto: he is a musician, workshop facilitator, meditation guide. In his 20's, Naoto studied Noguchi-Taiso with the founder late Mr. Noguchi Michizo, and late Ms. Ikeda Junko who was Noguchi's first disciple.

我慢をしない、快を尊び、常により好い方向を探りましょう。
一人での動き・ベアでの動きがあります。
For who? : Anyone with an interest in Noguchi-Taiso. Each one of us explores our own path of movement in standing/sitting/laying/walking etc. We want us to be alert with our reality of what's happening in the body right now. Take a comfortable path, not pain. Let your body teach you its' new path which feels good in each moment.
