Rise and Shine Saturdays

Okay besties! Lets make Saturday mornings a thing. Pull up to Devon Park in Sherwood at 7:00 am for a chill morning walk. Bring your kids, doggos, or just your amazing self! Good vibes only!!

After the walk, we're heading over to the Nutrition Hangout for a fun pop-up with Bedazzled Threads and permanent jewelry. Think shopping, sipping, and shining. It's the perfect way to kick off your weekend.

It's about community, movement, and joy. Yes we are making it a Saturday tradition.
