Meara Boughey Theatre Ribbon Cutting 💜

Hi Friends,

It's official, the theatre at the Sherwood Center for the Arts is now the Meara Boughey Theatre! Please join us for a ribbon cutting and dedication on August 9th at 1:00pm at the Sherwood Center for the Arts. We would love to have you all celebrate this beautiful memorial to Meara Boughey with us. We will post more details when the date gets closer, but wanted to make sure we posted the date.

The naming of the theatre means the world to us. We are incredibly heart-warmed and grateful that people in our community loved Meara and want to remember her in this way. So many wonderful people helped to make this happen, we are looking forward to thanking them all in person, but just to name a few - Robyn, Chanda, the Friends of the Sca, our family friends and Meara's friends who sent letters and showed up in person, the Sherwood Cultural Arts Commission, the Mayor, & City Council. Thank you all for remembering and loving Meara.
