We move not to escape
but to return.
Return to the body that carried you through it all.
To the breath that never gave up.
To the knowing beneath the noise.
This dance doesn’t want your perfection.
It wants your presence.
It wants your truth, however it shows up tonight.
If something’s unraveling, let it.
If something’s landing, let it land.
If nothing makes sense, dance anyway.
There’s no map here.
Just the rhythm.
Just the pulse of becoming.
Just you, meeting yourself fully
for maybe the first time in a long while.
