Join Sherman Parks & Recreation for the annual Splash & Dash—a thrilling combination of swimming and running designed for both kids and adults! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or trying your first race, this event offers a fun and energetic way to stay active and cool off.
Event Highlights:
Kids (Ages 6–18): 150m swim + 1-mile run
Adults (Ages 18+): 300m swim + 5K run
Limited Spots: Capped at 100 participants total—register early!
Race Bag Includes: Bib number, official Splash & Dash T-shirt, sponsor swag
Post-Race Perks: Complimentary refreshments and free admission to The Splash for the rest of the day!

USAT Membership Required: Participants must hold a valid USA Triathlon (USAT) membership. Single-race memberships are available at usatriathlon.org/membership.
