About the event

Mental Health Day

On Oct. 10 from 10am-2pm, we are hosting a family-friendly Mental Health Day event for all ages. Join us for a day of wellness and connection, with mental health resources and giveaways, art and music workshops, mindfulness and meditation activities, community agency booths, and more! Everyone is invited and there are no signups or tickets needed to attend.
