Youth Multi-Sport Agility Session — Ages 6–8

Get your young athlete moving with this fun, high-energy 30-minute agility session designed for ages 6–8.
We’ll focus on balance, coordination, and body control through exciting movement games and skill-based challenges that help kids move better, faster, and with confidence — no matter what sport they play!

💥 Session Focus:
• Movement coordination and balance
• Listening and reaction skills
• Teamwork and confidence
• Fun introduction to athletic training

👨‍🏫 Coach: Eric Reinhardt — Retired U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer & Sherburne-Earlville Modified Soccer and Basketball Coach
