About the event

Our 1st August monthly Small Group Strength Testing Session
This is our morning Small Group Training session and is already fully booked. We have teams of 4 work together once a month on 3 strength exercises. Each month is different for each of the 3 months every quarter. So we aim to improve our strength every 3 months/quarter by testing our 5 rep max on each exercise.
