Free Starlight Gong Bath - Sherborne Sports Centre DT9 3AP

Join us for a beautiful and relaxing evening bathed in the powerful waves of the ancient and mystical symphonic gong.
Nothing to do but turn up, cosy up and drift away into bliss!

Remember comfort is queen!
Make sure you bring lots of cosy bedding and mats so you are as relaxed and warm as possible on the floor (just like a grown ups sleepover!)

Doors open at 18:30 ready for meditation and gong at 19:00
This is a free event open to all.
