Hear ye, hear ye... đ°đș
Let the merriment begin! Gather, noble folk, for a day of revelry and Renaissance wonder! Step into a realm of chivalry, curiosity, and old-world adventure as the library transforms into a festive faire.
Test thy aim with inflatable axe throwing, dare to dunk the mischievous jester, or challenge thy wit with riddles from a wise old villager. Ye may also create a family crest at the heraldry station, seek tiny hidden jesters in famous paintings, or strike thy finest Mona Lisa pose. Outside, brave souls may frolic with ribbon wands, toss cannonballs, and challenge rivals at giant chess.
Be sure to behold majestic birds of prey during a special Raptor Rehab presentation at the second hour past noon, and delight in the verse of wandering bards âere the day is done.
Costumes are most welcome (though not required)âso don thy finest tunic or gown if thou desireth! Food truck fare shall be on hand for famished festival-goers, and mayhaps a surprise or two shall await thee.
â ïž A word of caution: To help maintain a fun and family-friendly atmosphere, we kindly discourage bringing weapons of any kindâincluding replicasâinto the library or event areas.
For all ages. Just drop in!
Space and activities will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
