Benefit for John (Jojo) Ireland

As many know John (Jojo) was diagnosed on Feb 28 with brain cancer. Since then he has had much testing and a 10 hour surgery where they were able to remove only 60-70% of the
tumor. He recovered wonderfully from the surgery. However, the doctors say this cancer is aggressive and will require him to do radiation 5 days a week for 6 weeks and taking an oral
chemotherapy pill nightly for 6 months. He will be doing MRIs every 2 months for the rest of his life to keep an eye on tumor growth.
Another surgery to remove more of the tumor is not an option without great concern on how it will affect his overall well-being.
The medication, radiation, testing, the many many appointments that he will have to find transportation to because he is not allowed to drive. He cannot work during this very scary
time either. He has a 4 year old precious son that he is still responsible for half of care.
Therefore, a benefit to help him is being held on June 1 2025. There will be a $10 cover charge which will include a buffet meal and a drink ( soda, tea or water).
There will be a 50/50 raffle, auction items up for raffle with lots of great stuff ( $1.00 a ticket or $5.00 for six tickets) and a chance for a week in Panama City, Florida for $20 per chance,
a cornhole tournament $20 blind draw, t shirts and other items for purchase. and the opportunity to make memories and have fun with John.
